This walk is pleasantly shaded by trees growing on the west side of the road, in small areas before pleasant homes. To the east beyond a small grassy bank the quick stream gurgles merrily on its way to the south and the sea. People stroll slowly along, enjoying the shade and looking at the river, which gurgles even louder as it flows over the small rocks here.
